  • As a member of the Demo Support organization, your focus is to deliver pre-sales support and solutions to the Oracle Sales teams while serving as an advocate for their demo needs. This involves resolving pre-sales demo issues while working closely with global sales consultant teams. A primary point of contact for presales demo issues, you are responsible for Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle Sales team on diverse demo situations and escalated issues.
