Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.


• Ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.


• Manage geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor environments and complex client organizations.


• Define and implement robust program delivery frameworks.


• Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-Level executives.


• Drive proposal development, program planning, and client presentations.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading full lifecycle SAP programs (ECC and S/4 HANA) in multinational environments.


• Strong track record of delivering large-scale programs on time, within budget, and to quality standards.


• Ability to manage distributed teams and multi-vendor setups.


• Deep knowledge of program delivery frameworks and integration of IT, business, and change components.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.


• Fluent in English (written and spoken).


• Experience in proposal development, financial management, and client-facing consulting roles.


• Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
