ERP Project Manager

Overview

This person will manage programs and grow Technosoft consulting services in a highly visible capacity. The candidate will be required to engage in all areas of IT service delivery with revenue responsibilities. Additionally, this Project Manager will interact with clients and build strong client relationships, including managing team members (technical and non-technical), business partners, and subcontractors to successfully deliver solutions to our end customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborate on strategy, tactics, and operations with clients by adding value to them
• Act as the client liaison and assign staff to ensure clear and consistent communication
• Build excellent client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction with professional services
