Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Sales Executive located in Pune. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful deal closures. The ERP Sales Executive will also be expected to generate leads, conduct consultative sales meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Software Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong abilities in Sales and Consultative Selling to understand and address client needs effectively
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and deal closure processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a dynamic, results-driven environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and related software solutions is an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
