🔹 Role Overview

As an ERP Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in leading Sage Intacct and other ERP implementations, owning end-to-end data migration, system configuration, reporting, and mentoring junior team members. You’ll partner closely with clients to deliver high-quality financial solutions across industries.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage multiple Sage Intacct implementations across clients and projects

✅ Act as a trusted advisor within the consulting team, balancing priorities and stakeholders

✅ Configure Sage Intacct aligned with client business processes, industry standards, and best practices

✅ Execute full data migration lifecycle including cleansing, mapping, imports, and reconciliations

✅ Identify data issues proactively and clearly communicate resolution steps to clients

✅ Build custom reports, dashboards, and industry-specific KPIs

✅ Design custom printed document templates using Microsoft Word (mail merge, formulas, conditional logic)

✅ Mentor associate consultants and contribute to best-practice documentation and knowledge repositories

✅ Stay current with Sage Intacct features, enhancements, and required certifications

🔹 Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree required

💼 6+ to 10 years of experience with Sage Intacct must

🏗️ Industry experience in Construction, Healthcare, or Not-for-Profit preferred

📊 Strong ability to analyze and identify anomalies in large financial datasets

🔄 Proven expertise in ERP data migration and best practices

📈 Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.)

🖥️ Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools
