ERP Support Executive

AIRSCREAM UK is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated ERP Support Executive to support and manage the company’s ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) .

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring ERP data accuracy, supporting system users, and ensuring that Business Central is used effectively across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and ensure accuracy and consistency of data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Support daily ERP operations across sales, inventory, finance, and regulatory-related processes.
• Assist users with ERP-related questions and basic system troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure correct and consistent system usage.
• Support data validation, data clean-up, and process standardization activities.
