🧩 About the Role

The ERP Technical Support Analyst provides second-level support for ERP systems and related network integrations. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, manage system configurations, and support POS, mobile, and B2B connections to ensure smooth business operations.

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide second-level technical support for ERP systems and associated network integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and configure POS connections, mobile SFA applications, and B2B client networks.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript to streamline support tasks.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data reporting and analysis.
  • Support Business Intelligence reporting and assist in system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve escalated issues effectively.

    • ✅What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in ERP or technical support roles.
  • Strong understanding of POS/EFT systems, mobile ERP connectivity, and B2B integrations.
  • Proficient in JavaScript scripting and SQL for automation and reporting purposes.
  • Experience with Power BI is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
