ERPNext Implementation Engineer

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Functional Engineer who has a strong understanding of ERPNext modules, implementation lifecycle, and client requirement analysis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and deploying ERPNext solutions for various industries. Strong communication in English and Malayalam is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand business processes and gather requirements.
• Configure, customize, and implement ERPNext modules across domains like Accounts, HR, Sales, Inventory, CRM, Projects, etc.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide suitable ERPNext solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical/development team for custom scripts, API integrations, and module enhancements.
• Prepare functional documents, project plans, test cases, and user manuals.
• Train end users and provide post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot ERPNext functional issues and ensure smooth system performance.
• Participate in project review meetings and ensure timely delivery of modules.
• Handle data import, migration, and validation tasks.
• Support UAT, Go-Live, and follow-up improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of mandatory hands-on experience in ERPNext.
• Strong functional knowledge in multiple ERPNext modules (Accounts, HR, Inventory, Projects, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Good understanding of business workflows and process mapping.
• Ability to communicate with clients, understand pain points, and provide functional solutions.
• Knowledge of basic scripting in ERPNext (Python/JS) is an added advantage.
• Experience in training users and managing ERP implementation cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Malayalam (both verbal & written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ERPNext v13/v14/v15.
• Exposure to cloud deployment and server-side configuration.
• Understanding of API integrations and third-party tools.
• Experience in ERP project management.
