RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities
• Deep Understanding of GL, AP, AR, FA, Revenue, Tax and Cash Management
• Gather and analyze business requirements for ERP
• Prepare Design Documents
• Design workflows and rules to align with business processes.
• Present and Demo new features and functionality available in Oracle Cloud ERP as part of quarterly updates
• Validate end to end business process post quarterly update
• Provide functional inputs to design Automated Functional Test Cases
• Share and implement AI features available in Oracle Cloud ERP as well be part of the team building agents using Oracle Agentic AI studio
• Analyze and Integrate Oracle Cloud ERP with other applications
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training to end-users and create documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams for seamless system integration.
• Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
• Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis Qualifications
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP as a Functional Consultant
• Experience in at least three Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation / Support project.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business process in ERP
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture and integration tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address business needs.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and training.
• Oracle ERP Cloud Certification is preferred.
