• University degree (Bachelor or equivalent), preferably in business administration with a focus on information technology.
• Knowledge: Agile Project Management in IT area Scrum Skills, experience working in a Scaled agile environment Very good skill with MS Office Suite Good Jira and Confluence skills Knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus Politically savvy and excellent in stakeholder management Fluency in English, any further language is a plus
• Skills: Continuous learning willingness and ability in a fast moving environment. Very good ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way.
• 8+ years of professional experience, notably in the SuccessFactor's area.
• Used to and willing to work in and with agile teams SAP SUCCESSFACTOR ARCHITECT – G7/ G8 Skills required
