Functional -70%, Technical 30%,
Strong understanding of Service Max platform and Service Business Process
Must have experience in Service Max Implementation/Extension development
Must have experience in Service Max Mobile-i-Pad implementation and support
Must have experience in atleast one Service Max Implementation and Support project
Good Technical understanding of Lightning
Good technical understanding , Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and other cloud based experience will be treated as an advantage
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and document scalable, high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform
Recommend alternate approaches, analyse impacts, and provide sizing estimates; review deliverables for accuracy and quality
Good understanding of Salesforce Design and Development best Practices, Apex design parameters, Governor limits, Shared platform best practices
Serve as an integrator between business need...
