1. ROLE SUMMARY

The Escalation Manager is responsible for nationwide leadership of the FCC 5G Drive‑Testing Program for GCorp, ensuring all operational, technical, quality, reporting, and client‑facing activities run at world‑class standards. This role owns delivery excellence, risk management, escalations, planning, staffing, performance tracking, and senior‑level communication.
