Escalator Product Engineer - Coal Valley, IL
General Duties:
Perform engineering tasks associated with transit, modernization and commercial escalator eng.
Responsibilities include:
-The development and maintenance of the various product specific variant configurations;
-Global harmonization of the Confidential Client escalator product-lines
-Department Product Change Management (PCM) tasks;
-refinement of the engineering processes and practices;
-complete accurate engineering listings per contract specifications;
-creation of component BOM’s, part drawings, and assembly drawings;;
-design improvements.
Additional Duties:
-Application engineering assignments include the review and interpretation of job specific technical specifications, technical review process, pre-bid support, and O&M development.
-Additional assignments include Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Installation Operations technical support.
