Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a ES&E Operations Strategy Manager.
**What you’ll do**:
Responsible for providing lean transformation leadership for FED ES&E Plants with primary focus on Tijuana. The ES&E Operations Strategy Manager provides expert lean deployment to drive operational excellence in our High five metrics and ensures standardization of our daily lean management process to sustain our gains, consolidates and drives in conjunctions with project owners BU top mfg. productivity projects in addition to collect, consolidate and sustain key operational information for strategic decisions.
A. Promote, influence and drive Safety behaviors in all the projects and interactions involved within the different entities and Plants.
B. Leverage EBS tools for identifying the main areas of opportunities of the mfg. sites related to operational performance for pursuing cycles of improvements. Standardize best practices and proven processes for driving operationa...
