ESG Junior Data Analyst (Start ASAP)

Join ISS ESG as an ESG Junior Data Analyst to perform research and analysis on sustainable bonds and support ESG data quality and client queries.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Perform in-depth research and analysis on sustainable bonds, evaluating bond structure, use-of-proceeds, and alignment with international standards such as ICMA Principles
• Assess associated environmental and social risk factors
• Attend to internal and client queries to ensure data aligns with methodology and policy guidelines
• Comply with established work process standards to ensure data quality
• Meet pre-determined turn-around goals for assignments
• Escalate data interpretation issues as needed
• Perform root-cause analysis if data issues are identified
• Update internal documents for performance metrics monitoring
• Participate in working committees, projects, or tasks beyond core responsibilities
