ESG Manager Operations

Job Purpose

The ESG Manager – Operations is responsible for implementing and continuously improving Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives across the organization’s operational portfolio, including both legacy and new assets. The role works closely with Technical, Asset Management, and Owners Association teams to embed ESG best practices in operations, energy management, audits, and stakeholder engagement to ensure sustainable, compliant, and efficient performance.

1. ESG Operational Strategy Development

• Develop and implement an ESG operational strategy aligned with the organization’s sustainability goals.
