ESG Manager

A new automotive brand, part of a leading Chinese automotive group, is establishing its European production hub in Spain. We are now hiring a ESG Manager to architect and lead the EU environmental, social, and governance strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Directly or indirectly manage compliance with current and future ESG-related local and EU regulations (EUBR, EUDR, F-gas, CO2 emission performance standards for cars, CBAM, CSDDD, CSRD, EU Forced Labor, Green Claim, CLP, etc.).

• Track international and EU ESG regulatory developments and provide guidance to ensure compliance.

• Communicate with EU/local ESG legislative bodies to stay updated on regulation development and amendments.

• Empower local employees on ESG compliance awareness and supervise implementation.

• Implement ESG projects including carbon neutrality, renewable energy adoption, and green supply chain initiatives.
