ESI - Technical Lead

· 3D Design of Electrical harness routing as per electrical work package

· Working knowledge of system installation design (Configuration Management, Feasibility Studies,3D as Master Design Activities

· Knowledge of system installation support (Configuration Management, Support Design, System Installation (Follow-up and Check)

· Knowledge on 929 Treatment, Circe, Tresti are added advantage

· The Electrical System Installation and DMU Check activity for QC1 & QC2 (3D, F3D, 2D & SSCI)

· Upgrade /retrofit experience will be added advantage.

Required Skills:

· Knowledge in Pre-study and feasibility analysis for new HOV’s

· Experience/Knowledge in SSCI check, PD’s, WD’s, Prop tool will be added advantage

· Must have experience in electrical harness routing in CATIA V5 using EHI & EHA & DMU navigator work bench. 

· Experience in 928, 929, 924 design activity

· Must have knowledge of DDMS way of working

· Exposure to Airbus methodology and different programs like (SA, LR, XWB, A380)

· Creation/ Updating of a F3D or E3D Dataset derived from a design in 3D 

· Enrichment of V928 parts & annotation generation 

· Full 3D design set, FCT, FHD, ADS, AHD & ACT creation with required DMU data to guide and provide proper installation detail to shop floor.

· 3D ECN document creation for the delta changes between two releases.

· BOM creation for the perfect quantity each item on shop floor

· Creation/ Updating of a 2D drawing or Picture Drawing (CAT Drawing/CCD) derived from a design in 3D or existing drawing.

· Draw set creation for DS includes 2D draw sheets, BOM and ECN.

· Knowledge/experience in SSCI check activity

· Self QC and creating checklist 3D DO and ME checks 

· Knowledge on methodologies, TDD, SIDP standards & specification

Tools:  CATIA V5, PASS SSI, VPM, RIC, TRESTI, AIRINA, TREND V4 & V5, ADB, ICC, CLDB, DQC manager, ACDC, DE2MAT, CCD, TAKSY
