+ Checking samples against sample requirement and raising any issues to the appropriate leader.



+ Ensure samples are managed within and according to the UL quality and accreditation process requirements.



+ Working with teams to ensure samples are ready and available for test start in the correct location.



+ Communicating and guiding internal customers on sample return via phone and email.



+ Support laboratory, engineering and shipping/receiving team.
