Job Description

Asa Ground Segment Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance,
evolution, and development of the Galileo Ground Control Segment (GCS). You
will work closely with various teams to ensure the successful execution of
project tasks and contribute to the overall success of the Galileo program.

Your main tasks will be: 

  • Support in the integration, regression testing, and final implementation of new
    or upgrade ground control segment releases.
  • Monitor system performance and
    troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Conduct testing and validation of new systems
    and components, and report on test results.
  • Support the ground segment
    configuration control.
  • Ensure the consistency of engineering activities with
    respect to the qualification and acceptance test program.
  • Prepare technical
    reports and documentation for system operations and maintenance.
