Job Description
Support the CSR team in executing End customer, Distribution and Retail order operations, backlog management, and customer engagement. This internship provides hands‑on experience in the Lead‑to‑Cash process and contributes to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support daily order management operations, including order entry, validation, and tracking using SAP S/4HANA.
- Assist with monitoring and resolving order processing issues, working closely with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Finance).
- Participate in data analysis and reporting activities related to order status, backlogs, and fulfillment KPIs.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including documentation and testing of new SAP functionalities or enhancements.
