Logistics Internship

Location: Itajubá

Type: In-person

Hours: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Support the registration of new repair requests and obtain quotes from partner suppliers.
  • Track the status of repairs with suppliers and internal interfaces, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Monitor the physical return of components to end customers.
  • Support the updating of the repair control spreadsheet.
  • Assist in updating KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure activity efficiency.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related areas.
  • English communication skills would be a plus.
  • Prior knowledge or experience with the SAP system would be a plus.
  • Availability to intern in person (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for 2 years...
