My West Midlands based client is seeking an Estates Surveyor to join their Solihull team and play a key role in delivering estates policies and strategy. In this role, you'll help shape the growth of thier estate, ensure it aligns with wider business objectives and build lasting relationships with our partners, customers and communities. You'll be part of a collaborative team driving innovation in mobile connectivity, with the opportunity to make a real impact.

What you'll do:
Manage a caseload of estates transactions, negotiating best value and preparing robust business cases.
Oversee property management nationally, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks and maintaining safe, operational sites.
