GARNEY CONSTRUCTION

An Estimating Coordinator job based is available at Garney Construction. This is a full-time, salaried position with full benefits and participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing Estimating Team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Order plans & specs, monitor addendum notifications, keep internal site and online plan room current.

  • Keep estimating calendar.

  • Organize, maintain, and prepare bid documents.

  • Send solicitations and obtain quotes from vendors and subcontractors for upcoming bids.

  • Maintain documents on plan room, post plans, addendums, etc.

  • Assist with bond and insurance requests as they relate to preconstruction requirements.

  • Manage DBE outreach, solicitation, and tracking.

  • Annual qualification renewals and prequalification documents.
