Job Description

We are looking for a SeniorEstimator with EPC experience to join our team;

This position is responsible for the overall implementation and direction ofthe cost estimate for the assigned Project/Proposal and the supportingdocumentation to Company management. In responding to estimating requests, isresponsible for ensuring that departmental and company requirements are met.

This position may direct the quantitative development of material, labor, andsubcontract take-offs, as well as the coordination of information amongEngineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Maintenance.

Main responsibility:

  • Develop the estimateplan

  • Coordinate estimatedevelopment with the proposal team

  • Lead the developmentof the total project estimate

  • Prepare the totalProject Basis of Estimate

  • Prepare the EstimateUncertainty Analysis

  • Make costcontingency recommendations

  • Other duties asassigned

    • Basic Job Requirements 

  • Accredited Engineering degree in Chemical or Mechanical fieldof study

  • At least 6 years ofwork-related experience in Oil & Gas, Energy & Chemicals

  • Ability tocommunicate effectively with audiences

  • Job relatedtechnical knowledge necessary to complete the job

  • Ability to learn andapply knowledge

  • Ability to attend todetail

  • Ability to work in atime-conscious and time-effective manner
