Job Description

  • Develop comprehensive cost estimates for all CSA packages, including:Earthworks and site developmentSubstructure and superstructureArchitectural finishesBuilding envelope (facades, roofing, partitions)Roads, pavements, and external works
  • Prepare estimates at Concept, Schematic, Design Development, and IFC stages.
  • Benchmark costs against regional and local data center or industrial facility builds.
  • Perform or supervise detailed quantity take-offs based on drawings, BIM models, and specifications.
