Estimating Manager

AustCorp Executive is working in partnership with an expanding engineering and fabrication business. The company specialises in delivering fixed plant, structural steel, and SMP packages to support major projects across the mining and resources industry.

The role we are recruiting is an Estimating Manager . To lead the pre‑contract and estimating function. This is a senior position that will see you manage the estimating team and take ownership of end-to-end bid development for major mining and infrastructure projects.

The Role

• Manage and mentor the estimating team, overseeing bid submissions from initial enquiry through to final tender.
• Liaise directly with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the tendering process.
• Compile and prepare first‑principles estimates, tonnage rates, and norm‐based pricing.
