We are seeking an experiencedEstimating Manager to lead our estimating team and deliver accurate, competitive tenders for a wide range of projects. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines. Reporting to the General Manager and based from either Toowoomba or Brisbane this role offers a unique opportunity to grow with a thriving and award winning local business.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the preparation of cost estimates and tenders for commercial and residential projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of estimators, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
