Job Description
A leading architectural aluminum systems supplier in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking an experienced Estimating Manager with significant expertise in fenestration/architectural aluminum estimating. Candidates with leadership experience in this sector will be strongly preferred. This role plays a key part in coordinating client interactions, supporting the estimating team, and ensuring smooth daily operations across incoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Clients: Coordinate with clients to set appointments, ensure timely scheduling of services, and maintain accurate schedules.
- Follow Up with Estimators and Job Projects: Collaborate with estimators to track project estimates, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Follow Up with Clients for Problems: Address any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution of problems in a professional manner.
