Job Description Job Description Job Description: The Estimating Project Engineer is dedicated to supporting operations through quantity digital takeoffs; bid procurement; preliminary value analysis; constructability reviews; scope, cost, and time value engineering; scope and budget development; and the timely contracting of projects. An individual in this position should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a high technical/engineering ability. An understanding of Civil, Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) drawings, and of Public Utilities, Fire Systems, and geotechnical reports, is required. This position will require on-site job set up responsibilities. This is a salaried position with a minimum of 40 hours/week required.
