This role plays a vital part in the pre-construction phase, providing detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil engineering projects such as infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments.
The successful candidate will analyze project specifications, assess labor and material costs, and prepare tender submissions that are both competitive and compliant with client expectations.
