Job Description

  • Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work related to firefighting systems
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates , BOQs, and material take‑offs for:
    • Fire sprinkler systems
    • Fire hose reel & hydrant systems
    • FM-200 / NOVEC / CO₂ / Clean agent systems
    • Fire pumps & pump rooms
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and procurement teams to obtain technical and commercial inputs
  • Identify cost‑effective solutions while ensuring compliance with NFPA, UL, FM, UAE Civil Defense requirements
  • Prepare technical submittals , pre‑bid clarifications, and tender queries
  • Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations
  • Support post‑tender clarifications and value engineering activities
  • Maintain estimation databases, cost norms, and pricing history
