Estimation Engineer - Heat Exchanger

Job Summary:

Responsible for the complete Estimation of the process for Equipment’s, (like Shell and tube

Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns) ensuring compliance with International Codes,

Standards and relevant Customer specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To review the Client specification and understand the Scope of work, Technical (Design and Materials) requirement, and any criticalities therein.
• To optimize the design for performance, reliability, and cost, adhering to Project required Specification and Standards.
• To completely understand the specification requirement for the materials and prepare the Material Procurement Specification for the Raw material Estimation (before PO).
• To coordinate with the Client for the successful closure of the Technical Queries (before PO).
• To coordinate with the Procurement team for obtaining the lowest possible Raw materials prices. ...
