Job Description
Overall responsibilities
- Review and evaluate tender ITT / ITB documents drawing specification and project schedules and understand the MEP scope of work. Responsible for and contribute in assigned proposals actively for MEP works.
- Preparation of cost sheet like direct cost indirect cost temporary facilities and other related cost to tender.
- Floating enquiries to suppliers / manufacturers / subcontractors as required.
- Identify potential issues or areas of risk and communicate with Proposals & Estimation Manager.
- Collaborate with other intra-company and other estimators to ensure that estimate are accurate and complete.
Day to day responsibilities
- Review and evaluate project tender documents ITT / ITB documents drawings specifications datasheets and project schedules and identify the cost estimation basis. Preparing technical queries such as details missing documents pertaining to the tender.
