Our client is leading facilities management and contracting firm based in ADare looking to hire experienced MEP Estimation Engineers to join their team:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project documents, drawings, and specifications to determine the scope of MEP work required.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP components, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted work, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Analyze and incorporate project-specific factors, such as site conditions, regulatory requirements, and potential risks, into cost estimates.
• Bid Preparation & Proposal Development:
  • Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and procurement to gather necessary information for preparing bids and proposals.
