Job Description

This position involves working closely with department leaders to provide estimates and support project execution.

The role plays a crucial part in coordinating internal efforts between the sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth project management. The Estimating Department is vital to our organization's success, responsible for assessing and determining the cost, scope of work, and timeline of projects we bid on.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Availability to work Pacific Time hours (8am - 5 pm).


• Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting or finance-related fields such as finance operations.


• Fully remote with ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision required.


• Motivated team player open to learning new concepts.


• Possess excellent written communication skills over email/phone calls.
