Kenton Black are recruiting for a permanent Estimator vacancy based in North East Scotland.

Our client, a reputable civils and building contractor with a strong presence across the North East, is seeking a commercially astute and detail-driven Estimator to support their expanding tendering team. With a diverse portfolio spanning infrastructure, groundworks, and building projects, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity—with a competitive salary of £45,000–£55,000 per annum DOE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil engineering and building projects from first principles
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive tender submissions
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
