A reputable general contractor is seeking an Intermediate Estimator to support the preparation of accurate, competitive bids across commercial and institutional projects. The role involves quantity takeoffs, subcontractor coordination, and assembling budgets for both hard-bid and construction‑management pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings/specs and set up estimates in digital takeoff software.
• Complete detailed quantity takeoffs for architectural, structural, civil/earthworks, and general scopes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors—invite to tender, gather pricing, review scopes, and evaluate quotations.
• Maintain prequalification documents and vendor/subtrade databases.
• Input takeoff data into estimating platforms and prepare internal scope sheets.
