Key Responsibilities

• Estimating & Takeoffs: Perform accurate 2D/3D quantity takeoffs and build detailed estimates using Cubit. Prepare Bills of Quantities and manage trade packages.
• Project Management & Administration: Utilize Procore to manage the project lifecycle, including drawings, specifications, site diaries, RFI tracking, submittals, and safety documentation.
• Financial Control: Maintain project budgets and manage procurement workflows within Data build. Ensure accurate cost tracking to prevent double ordering or payment errors.
