Key Responsibilities Review and analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates of labor, materials, and equipment costs. Utilize CAD, Revit, and AutoCAD software to create detailed project plans and takeoffs. Prepare and submit competitive bids for commercial and retail construction projects.
