A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Estimator.


Position type: Full-time

Location: Charlotte, NC



As an Estimator you will:



Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop detailed cost estimates.
  • Prepare quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work.
  • Solicit, review, and analyze subcontractor and vendor bids.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and pricing models.
  • Identify risks, contingencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders during bid and pre-construction phases.
  • Support value engineering and scope clarification efforts.
  • Maintain historical cost data and estimating databases.
  • Assist with change order pricing as needed.
