Our client is currently seeking an HVAC/MEP Estimator. This is a permanent, direct hire role in greater Philadelphia.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC/MEP systems

  • Support interior fit out and office building projects

  • Coordinate with project teams to meet budgeting goals

    • Requirements:

  • Commercial estimator experience in construction

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems; VRF experience preferred (training available)
