Estimator - Commercial Construction

A highly-respected General Contractor in your area, with a backlog of projects, is seeking an Estimator to join their growing team.  This is an exciting and progressive company that leads the local and regional industry with their esteemed projects!  With a strong importance constantly placed on their core family-feel values they complete each project from start to finish with excellency.  This Estimator needs to be versed in client relationships, experienced with building estimations valued up to $20M+, and adaptable to change as the project runs it course. 

Estimator Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction
• Responsible for overseeing profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projections
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Work with clients and design teams
• Track, price, and negotiate project cost changes

Responsibilities:

• Preparing material estimates and cost estimates
• Managing bids from vendors and contractors
• Presenting prepared estimates to management to owners and clients
• Working with Preconstruction team using clear communication and effective team building skills
