Estimator - Construction
Location: Woburn, MA
Reports to: Director of Pre-Construction


MUST HAVES:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Estimator (5–7 years total in construction estimating or related fields)




  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting (strongly preferred)




  • Proven ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications




  • Solid understanding of material, labor, and equipment costs




  • Knowledge of local, city, and state building codes




  • Experience using estimating software and tools
