Blue Line Drywall & Builders is seeking a full-time Construction Estimator with specific experience in drywall, insulation, and metal framing to join our growing team. This role will work closely with Senior Estimators and Preconstruction teams to review project plans, specifications, and requirements. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate takeoffs, pricing, and bids for commercial and residential construction projects while adhering to Blue Line’s standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
+ Prepare accurate, detailed, and well-organized estimates and proposals for drywall, insulation, and metal framing scopes across Stipulated Price, Design-Build, and Construction/Project Management project formats.
