A well-established Facilities Management provider is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team on a permanent basis in Durham. This role offers long-term stability, exposure to varied projects, and the opportunity to work closely with commercial and operational teams in a supportive environment.

The Role
 
As the Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Producing detailed and competitive cost estimates across labour, materials, plant, and overheads
• Reviewing tender documentation and identifying commercial risks and opportunities
• Obtaining and validating supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Collaborating with operational and commercial teams to ensure accurate pricing
• Supporting tender reviews, negotiations, and project handovers
