We are seeking an experienced Estimator Executive to support pre-contract cost planning, market pricing, and BOQ validation across real estate development projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate project costing, market-aligned pricing, and early identification of commercial risks, while supporting procurement and value engineering decisions.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from concept designs, development drawings, and issued BOQs
