Estimator

We are seeking an experienced construction Estimator for a direct hire opportunity in Gaithersburg MD with a design-assist specialty contractor   This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, PTO and more!

Pay Range:

• $70-90k (depending on experience) Responsibilities for Estimator : Prepares accurate material take-offs.


• Prepares substitution requests for value engineering purposes.
• Prepare project cost estimate and bid for new projects.
• Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
• Visits site as needed for estimating.
• Manage job information and documentation for future access, as necessary.
• Tracks ongoing bids, past bids, and any other assignments, as necessary.
• Collaborates with supervisor on all quotes or bids for best market positioning.
• Copies correct individual(s) on all quotes or bids sent to clients.
