KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare roofing estimates by reviewing architectural drawings, roofing plans, specifications, and related documents.
2. Perform roofing take-offs (shingles, metal roofing, tiles, underlayment, flashing, insulation, accessories, labor, etc.).
3. Prepare and present estimates using PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, or similar estimation software.
