Estimator

Job Summary

The Estimator works closely with Senior Estimator and Project Managers to determine the costs associated with
completing the scope of work in a tender. This position is also responsible for completing quantity take-offs,
preparing cost estimates, organizing bid bonds, communicating with sub trades to determine the financial needs
of completing a project. Estimates and provides costs plans to support financial proposals. Responsibilities
include compiling and reviewing tender documents, visiting sites, liaising with clients, and calculating costs for
